Superstar Vin Diesel and his entire gang of racers are out with ninth instalment of FF series, the first official teaser of Fast And Furious 9 is out. Dominic Toretto will be seen as a family man in the new film.
The teaser opens with Dominic spending time with his son and wife. He can be seen vowing to safeguard his son Brian from impending dangers. Michelle Rodrigues also appears in the teaser as she gifts a cross-locket to protect Brian from "what is coming". She says that Brian's father had given her the locket.
F9: The Fast Saga, or simply F9, is directed by Justin Lin and written by Daniel Casey. A sequel to 2017's The Fate of the Furious, it will be the ninth installment in the Fast and Furious franchise.
The film also stars Jordana Brewster, Tyrese Gibson, Chris "Ludacris" Bridges, Nathalie Emmanuel, John Cena, Helen Mirren, Charlize Theron and Michael Rooker.
Along with the teaser, the makers also shared the poster of Fast And Furious 9 featuring Vin Diesel. They also revealed the release date of its trailer. The first trailer of the film will hit the internet on Friday (January 31).
Sharing the poster, the official Twitter handle of the film wrote, "He’s lived his life a quarter mile at a time. The Road To #F9 Concert & Trailer Drop is this Friday at 12:00PM PT / 3:00PM ET."
Apart from FF9, Diesel will portray the comic book character Bloodshot in its 2020 film adaptation, and is slated to appear in the Avatar sequels.
