Actor Vicky Kaushal is all set to take his fans on a spooky ride with forthcoming ‘Bhoot Part 1: The Haunted Ship’. While the actor is all excited to debut in this genre, Karan Johar and his production house are also all pumped up and are leaving no stone unturned to make the most of the promotions, unveils a stunning new motion poster from the film.
The official handle of Dharma Productions and dropped a new motion poster, where the iconic logo of their production house is turning dark, the makers captioned it, ‘The Dark Times begin Now’.
Bhoot – Part One: The Haunted Ship is a horror thriller directed by Bhanu Pratap Singh and jointly produced by Karan Johar, Hiroo Yash Johar, Apoorva Mehta and Shashank Khaitan.
It is based on a true accident that took place in Mumbai, and tells the story of a couple on an abandoned ship lying static on a beach. The film features Vicky Kaushal, Bhumi Pednekar and Ashutosh Rana in lead roles, and is the first film of a planned horror film franchise.
It is scheduled to be theatrically released in India on February 21, 2020.
Apart from Bhoot, Vicky will be seen in Udham Singh biopic and Meghna Gulzar’s biopic on Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw. He is also be seen in Karan Johar’s directorial, ‘Takht’.
