​Makers Shift Bell Bottom For Bachchan Pandey

Akshay Kumar and Nadiadwala Grandsons Entertainment shifted the release of Bachchan Pandey to accommodate Aamir Khan’s Laal Singh Chaddha, and now one more film have been shifted due to release date shuffling, the film is Akki’s Bell Bottom.

The official handle of Nadiadwala Grandson just took to their social media profile and expressed gratitude to the entire team of Bell Bottom for making the changes. It said, “Thank you @vashubhagnani from the entire #BachchanPandey team for moving the release date of Bell Bottom. Best wishes for your film. @akshaykumar #SajidNadiadwala @farhad_samji @kritisanon @WardaNadiadwala”

The film will be directed by Ranjit M Tewari and produced by Vashu Bhagnani, Jackky Bhagnani, Deepshikha Deshmukh, Monisha Advani, Madhu Bhojwani and Nikkhil Advani.  The film is said to be set in the '80 and will be "a roller-coaster spy ride.

Akshay Kumar confirmed the new release date. He dropped a stunning new poster and wrote, “I know there are enough memes out there about me clashing with myself one day but 22nd January, 2021 is not that day #BellBottom will now release on 2nd April, 2021! @ranjit_tiwari @vashubhagnani @honeybhagnani @monishaadvani @nikkhiladvani @EmmayEntertain @poojafilms”

The first look for the film was release last year, Akshay Kumar is seen donning a coffee brown blazer and matching trousers along with dark shades and big moustache in the vintage looking poster. As he poses in front of a red vintage car, a flight is seen taking off behind him with grim and dark clouds. The film was slated for 22nd January, 2021 release but now it’s been shifted 2^nd April 2020.

Next Akhay Kumar will be seen in Sooryavanshi, which is directed by Rohit Shetty and produced by Rohit Shetty Picturez and Dharma Productions respectively, in association with Reliance Entertainment and Cape Of Good Films. The film also stars Katrina Kaif, Ranveer Singh and Ajay Devgn.
