Bollywood actor, producer Anil Kapoor who leaves super-energetic and young actors astonished by his looks and fitness says that, for him fitness is the way of life one lives.The actor genuinely follows his daily routine of exercises. Because he cannot operate his life without exercising.
Conversing further on fitness, Anil said, "To keep myself fit, I start my workouts early in the morning. It includes free weights, sit-ups, crunches, chair squats, sprinting and push-ups. I also practice yoga. And of course, I do planks, which helps me to keep my core tight. Doing plank makes me feel stronger and healthy. Because we are on our feet and doing plank makes our whole body look better."
About Plankathon, Anil Kapoor flagged off 'Plankathon' in Mumbai on January 26. People in large numbers participated in the Plankathon to mark Guinness World Record. The event took place at MMRDA Grounds in Mumbai's Bandra East area.
On the work front, Anil Kapoor will be seen in the upcoming movie 'Malang'. It is a romantic, action, thriller movie, directed by Mohit Suri and jointly produced by Luv Ranjan, Ankur Garg, Bhushan Kumar and Jay Shewakramani. The film also stars Aditya Roy Kapur, Disha Patani and Kunal Khemu. It is scheduled to release on 7 February 2020.
