Handsome hunk Abhishek Bachchan is all set to reprise the role of Bob Biswas, the iconic character from Sujoy Ghosh’s ‘Kahaani’ in its upcoming spin-off. The makers today confirmed that the shooting as commenced and shared a sneak peek into his much-awaited look.
The official handle of Red Chillies Entertainment dropped the first day picture of Abhishek Bachchan as Bob Biswas. They captioned it, “Lights.Camera. Nomoshkar! Actor Abhishek will be seen sporting glasses in the film and with a unique hair-style. He is seen sporting a shirt and he is seen hiding behind the clapboard. The change in his hair-do and his spectacled look is clearly visible in the picture.
The character of Bob Biswas which featured in Vidya Balan's 2012 hit flick 'Kahaani' was originally essayed by Saswata Chatterjee. The character of Bob became quite popular when Vidya's 'Kahaani' had released for his trademark dialogue 'Nomoshkar, Ek minute'.
The film will be produced by Shah Rukh Khan and it’s been written by Sujoy Ghosh and will be helmed by debut director Diya Ghosh. It also stars Chitrangada Singh in a pivotal role.
Apart from Bob Biswas, Abhishek Bachchan also got Anurag Basu’s multi-starrer Ludo in his kitty as well.
