Year 2020 in full swing with big releases and surprises.

Year 2019 Bollywood movies got varied response by the audience. Some films proved out to be the highest grossing movies. Some tanked at box-office. Year 2020 which has started in full swing with Bollywood two big releases, ‘Chhapaak’ and ‘Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior’, is going to be many big releases big clashes and some surprises as well.

Let’s try and look at the next six big releases.

‘Street Dancer 3D’

Actors Varun Dhawan and Shradhha Kapoor’s film ‘Street Dancer 3D’ not only rakes in the masala factor but it also looks like an audio-visual treat that will score big points with the audience. I think a film that shows India and Pakistan rising above politics, somersaulting in the air and then landing gracefully on its feet, is the need of the hour. Street Dancer uses dance instead of cricket as the tie that binds the two countries, is truly inspiring idea to nail a plot.
‘Street Dancer 3D’ is an upcoming dance film directed by Remo D'Souza. It is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar and Lizelle D'Souza under the banners T-Series and Remo D'Souza Entertainment. The movie features Varun Dhawan, Shraddha Kapoor, Prabhu Deva and Nora Fatehi in the lead roles. It is scheduled to release on 24 January 2020.


‘Panga’

‘Panga’ movie starring Kangana Ranaut and Jassie Gill has broken the internet and is receiving overwhelming love and appreciation. The trailer, a rousing tribute to living your dreams and giving them a second chance, is being loved unanimously across all age groups.
 ‘Panga’ is a sports drama film, directed by Ashwini Iyer Tiwari, produced by Fox Star Studios. It is scheduled to release on 24 January 2020. The movie will clash with Remo Dsouza’s movie ‘Street Dancer 3D’.

‘Jawaani Jaaneman’

With confusion, comedy and drama in place, the trailer seems to have been knitted well. The trailer does manage to grab the viewers attention. In the movie Saif Ali Khan will be playing an ‘accidental dad’ in the upcoming feature and will also see Khan reunite with Tabu on screen after a long time. The film marks the debut of Pooja Bedi's daughter Alaya Furniturewala and she looks quiet promising in the trailer. The film reminds Saif Ali Khan’s movie ‘Cocktail’. Overall a romantic comedy drama, ‘Jawaani Jaaneman’ is a coming-of-age film.
 
The movie is directed by Nitin Kakkar. Produced by, Jackky Bhagnani Deepshikha Deshmukh Saif Ali Khan. It is scheduled to release on 7 February 2020.
 
 
‘Love Aaj Kal’
No sooner the poster was unveiled, fans just went gaga over it. Expressing their excitement over the much-awaited poster, fans have already termed it a blockbuster!
Following a quiet year in 2019, Sara Ali Khan will be seen opposite Kartik Aryan in a sequel to Imitiaz Ali’s 2009 release, Love Aaj Kal. Slated to release on Valentine’s Day 2020, the lead pairing of the romantic comedy has already garnered interest, especially with rumours of Sara and Kartik dating in real life as well. The film’s trailer will be out today (January 17).
 
‘Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan’

The film, ‘Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan’ themed on homosexuality, is a quasi-sequel to the 2017 film ‘Shubh Mangal Saavdhan’. The makers of ‘Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan had released an animated teaser of the film on May 9, which is sure to grab your attention. Thanks to its creativity and how well it delves into the subject of homosexuality and the taboo surrounding it.
Writer Hitesh Kewalya had written the screenplay and dialogues for ‘Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan’ will be directing the film. It features Ayushmann Khurrana and Jitendra Kumar. It is scheduled to released on 21 February 2020.
 
‘Sooryavanshi’
Talking about the film, ‘Sooryavanshi’ is the latest addition to Rohit Shetty’s cop universe after Singham and Simmba. The film, which is slated to release on 27 March 2020, will bring back the much-loved pairing of Akshay and Katrina.
This Jodi which is loved by audience, for 9 years was not seen in any films and they were badly missed by their fans. As per the reports, the makers are keen on bringing back this Jodi because they have shared a great chemistry in the past.
Movies are big business, so it makes sense that their performance at the box office often determines whether they're considered a success or failure. Not every movie has profit-generating abilities. But, we still hope that all the movie proves out to be money- making for their producers.
