Superstar Saif Ali Khan says he is not insecure about age and doesn’t take any pressure to look young; in fact he looks forward to getting old.
Actor Saif Ali Khan along with debutante Alaya Furniturewala and singer Jazzy B graced the Gallan Kardi song from Jawaani Jaaneman.
Saif Ali Khan looks visibly young in forthcoming slice of life drama Jawaani Jaaneman. When asked about aging and he worries about it, he said, “I don’t think I am scared of youth diminishing (Jawaani Dhal Gai), I mean my youth has been over for a long time and I am not scared about it. In fact I don’t think I have these issues, I don’t think I have ever thought about it. I think if you’re young at heart and if you feel good, it is okay. I don’t even want to be very young, or very old, but I am happy. I am clear in my life. I don’t take pressure to look young”
“As long as I am getting work, I am working and when it’s time to retire, I will retire and chill. One should know how to live. I like this nice Hindu idea of time; there is time you should make money, there is a time you should relax, there is time for everything in life. When it comes I will find other things to do and I will very happy. I have no issues of getting older, I look forward to it” added Saif.
Saif Ali Khan’s daughter Sara Ali Khan is also an actress of stature and command screen presence like father.
When asked about Sara’s reaction for his role in Jawaani Jaaneman, Saif quipped, “Sara Ali Khan saw the trailer and she said it is really good. She said it’s the best trailer she has ever seen.”
Jawaani Jaaneman is directed by Nitin Kakkar, starring Saif Ali Khan as a 40 year-old father and debutant Alaya Furniturewala as his daughter, with Tabu portraying an important character. The film is set to release on 31 January 2020.
