Wanted to varnish the debate created by people, I signed the film – Himesh Reshamiya.

Music composer, singer and actor Himesh Reshamiya who is all geared up with his upcoming movie ‘Happy Hardy And Heer’, says that he wanted to varnish the debate created by people, he signed the film. He further mentioned that he is in a search of that Friday, which will turn out to be successful for him.

Himesh was seen interacting with the media on Tuesday in Mumbai.
When asked the reason for signing the film ‘Happy Hardy And Heer’, on this Himesh said, “This is my 10^th film as an actor. First time I am working in this genre. I have worked in different genres like action and thriller. Some of my films proved good, but some tanked at box-office. But I got lots of appreciation for my looks by the critics. There are many positive and negative point of views given by the people related to my acting. To varnish this debate, it was very important for me to sign this film. It was my wife who encouraged me to do this movie.

I have tried to improve my myself by re-inventing different looks. I am saying all this, because I am not coming through a regular route. My journey was not at all that straight and simple for me. I started my career as a senior producer and then achieved fame as a musician and singer. Later, as an actor I have seen lots of ups and downs. I am in a search of that Friday, which will turn out to be successful for me,” he added.

Himesh Reshammiya's song 'Teri Meri Kahani' from the upcoming film ‘Happy Hardy and Heer’ was sung by Ranu Mondal who used to sing at Ranaghat railway station. The song after its launch, immediately became an instant hit and received rave reviews from the audience. It crossed five million views on YouTube within 24 hours of its launch.

‘Happy Hardy And Heer’ is directed by Raka starring Himesh Reshamiya and Sonia Mann. It is scheduled to release on 31 January 2020.
