Every parent feels happy on the success of their children, so am I, says Rakesh Roshan.

Producer, director Rakesh Roshan who was recently seen celebrating Film producer and distributor Anand Pandit birthday, says that every parent feels happy on their child success and so is he. He further added that he is happy for his son, who was adored by the audience to a great extent for the movie ‘War’.

Rakesh Roshan was interacting with the media on Sunday in Mumbai.

Quite a few celebrities were spotted at producer and film distributor Anand Pandit's birthday bash. Sanjay Dutt, Suresh Wadkar, Rakesh Roshan and Mouni Roy among others graced the party. The theme of Anand's birthday was 'music fiesta'. Several faces from music industry were also present at the party.

When asked about how proud he feels for his son’s (Hrithik Roshan) action thriller movie ‘War’, (2019) ranked as his highest-grossing release, on this Rakesh said, “Every parent feels happy on the success of their children. The only thing each and every parents want, that their child should be happy. I am really proud of my son and wish him a great success and greater heights in future.”

Discussing more about his upcoming projects, Rakesh said, “Since many days I was not keeping well, but as soon as I’ll recover and feel fine, I’ll start working on my projects.”

The veteran actor filmmaker Rakesh Roshan, was diagnosed with early stage of throat cancer and was advised to undergo a surgical procedure by the doctors.
