He tweeted "An aspiring dictator first takes steps to create unrest and anarchy which will then pave way to justify his dictatorship!"
With this tweet, it looks like he is implying that all the recent unrest that is happening in India due to recent CAA and NRC is all the master plan of Modi to create the unreset and drive the country into anarchy. Once the country goes into anarchy he can justify his dictatorship and crush all the people who raise against him.
His tweets are getting mixed reactions on twitter with Modi supporters lambasting him while some supporting him.
