Protest, but without aggression, says Shabana Azmi.

Film actress Shabana Azmi has raised her voice through social media against ‘CAA’ (Citizenship Amendment Act) and has urged the nation of her country to protest, but without any violence. Because it's very important to maintain peace too.

Shabana Azmi three videos went viral on social media on Thursday 19 December.

Shabana expressed her feeling saying, ”It’s a very heartbreaking feeling for me, that personally I am not the part of the protest, as I am not in India. But I am in full support with the nation of my country protesting against ‘CAA’ (Citizenship Amendment Act). I urged my nation to protest, but without any violence. I feel it’s very important for our nation to maintain peace also.”

Talking on the same, Shabana said, “Instead of neglecting our voices, government will surely take some good action. I am with the nation of my country and stand against ‘CAA’.”

Not only Shabana Azmi has taken her stand against ‘CAA’, but many Bollywood actors have come forward to protest against ‘CAA’.

In Mumbai, Bollywood actors Swara Bhasker, Farhan Akhtar, Sushant Singh Rajput and Huma Qureshi came to August Kranti Maidaan to protest with the people, where crowds swelled into thousands.
