Bollywood bigwigs such as Kareena Kapoor Khan, Gauri Khan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Karisma Kapoor, Malaika Arora, Amirta Arora, Raveena Tandon, Shilpa Shetty visited Manish Malhotra and his family after the death of his father in Mumbai on Monday.
Ace designer Manish Malhotra’s father passed away on Monday morning. The funeral was conduct yesterday, where Boney Kapoor along with many other noted B-Town celebrities came to pay their respect. Later in the night several celebrities were snapped at his residence paying their last respects.
Filmmaker Karan Johar was one of the first to reach his bereaved friend. Actress Diana Penty, Athiya Shetty, Kiara Advani and Farah Khan were also spotted arriving at the Malhotra residence later in the evening.
Internationally acclaimed Indian designer Manish Malhotra is one of the famous designers among the Bollywood celebrities. Many B-town celebrities such as Priyanka Chopra, Deepika Padukone, Katrina Kaif, Alia Bhatt, Janhvi Kapoor and more have sported his collection.
Manish Malhotra has also designed outfits for international celebrities like Naomi Campbell, Jean-Claude Van Damme, Reese Witherspoon and Jermaine Jackson. He won the Filmfare Costume Award for styling Urmila Matondkar in her 1995 film Rangeela.
