The luxury lifestyle magazine honors subjects of the November Innovators issue with an exclusive awards ceremony in New York City
WSJ. Magazine hosted its ninth annual Innovator Awards at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City last night. Nine pioneering talents, all of whom grace eight separate covers of the magazine’s highly anticipated November issue, were honored among more than 250 guests for their groundbreaking accomplishments in their respective disciplines.
Selected by WSJ. Magazine editors, the honorees were: Julianne Moore (Acting & Activism), Cindy Sherman (Art), Studio KO (Design), Eddie Murphy (Entertainment), Riccardo Tisci (Fashion), Melina Matsoukas (Film), Tyler, The Creator (Music), and Bryan Stevenson (Social Justice). Each winner was presented with an award designed by the 2011 Design winner, Joris Laarman.
WSJ.’s November Innovators issue will be available in the U.S. on Saturday, November 9th.
