Varun Dhawan And Janhvi Kapoor All Praises For Bala

Actor Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor all praises for forthcoming Bala, starring Ayushmann Khurrana, Bhumi Pednekar and Yami Gautam in the lead roles.

The makers of Bala organized a special screening of the film last night in Mumbai. The screening of the film was attended by Boney Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, Sara Ali Khan, Shraddha Kapoor, and Ileana D'Cruz among others.

Talking about film and its concept, Janhvi Kapoor said, “I am expecting a lot of fun. Dinesh Vijan always create cinema which is not only containing but also has a very unique message. And that is what I am expecting and I am excited about Bala”

Actor Varun Dhawan also praised the cast, maker and Dinesh Vijan for creating a movie about a social cause. He said, “Dinesh Vijan believes in low key promotion. He usually doesn’t call up people for screening, but I have heard that Bala is great movie and Dinesh has made it with a lot of heart. The problem of hair or baldness, it is not something to hide away or run away from, and the best thing about Bala is that they are tackling the problem head-on, and they made sure that people don’t feel embarrassed about it”

Bala is directed by Amar Kaushik and produced by Dinesh Vijan. Actor Ayushmann Khurrana stars as Bala, a man living in Kanpur who is suffering from alopecia, and the story is about his lack of confidence and societal pressure that comes with balding. The film was theatrically released in India on 7 November 2019.

Meanwhile on the work front, Varun Dhawan is currently busy with Street Dancer and Coolie No. 1.

Janvhi Kapoor is shooting for Gunjan Saxena, Roohi Afza and Ghost Stories.
