The makers of Panipat are out with first official poster of the film, featuring Sanjay Dutt as Ahmad Shah Abdali, who raged the third battle of Panipat.

On the poster, Sanjay Dutt is seen dressed in battle attire; he is wearing body armour and got a piercing and intense look on his face. The first official trailer for the film will be out tomorrow.
Panipat is a historical period drama film directed by Ashutosh Gowarikar. Based on the Third Battle of Panipat, it stars Arjun Kapoor, Sanjay Dutt and Kriti Sanon in the leading roles.
In the film, Arjun Kapoor will be seen playing the character of Maratha warrior Sadashiv Rao Bhau, Kriti Sanon as Parvati Bai, the second wife of Sadashiv Rao Bhau and Sanjay Dutt as Ahmad Khan Abdali aka Ahmad Shah Durrani.
Panipat also stars Zeenat Aman, Padmini Kolhapure and Mohnish Bahl among others. The movie is slated for a December 6 release.
