Jaipur, Oct 21 (SocialNews.XYZ) Some 26.97 per cent voter turnout was recorded in Mandava and 25.04 per cent in Khinvsar Assembly constituencies of Rajasthan till 11.30 a.m. on Monday, confirmed Election Commission officials.
The voting started at 7 a.m. in 525 voting centres in the two constituencies and will continue till 6 p.m.
In Mandava, Congess' Reeta Chaudhary has been fielded against BJP's Sushila Seegda, while in Khinvsar Congress' Harendra Mirdha is facing Rashtriya Loktantrik Party (RLP) candidate Narayan Beniwal, who is brother of RLP MP Hanuman Beniwal.
The RLP had made an alliance with the BJP for the Lok Sabha as well as the Assembly bypolls.
The results shall be declared on October 24.
