Addressing an election rally at Jalgaon in north Maharashtra, Modi picked up from where he had left at a public rally marking the conclusion of Chief Minster Devendra Fadnavis’ 4,000-kms long “Mahajanadesh Yatra” that he had addressed at Nashik on September 19, to harp the issue of abrogation of Articles 370 and 35A of the Constitution.
Without naming Rahul, the Prime Minister dared the Opposition parties to declare in their respective manifestos that they will bring back Articles 370 and 35A which gave special status to Jammu & Kashmir.
