Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan has expressed disappointment over the response from the International Community over the human rights crisis in Jammu and Kashmir.
"The world is silent on the matter only because it is about the sufferings of the people of Kashmir, who are Muslims," Imran Khan said, adding that the world would not be silent if the 8 million people under a lockdown would be Europeans or Christians or Jews or Americans and not Muslims.
"I am disappointed by the International Community. If 8 million Europeans, or Christians or Jews or Americans were put under siege well, even if 8 Americans had been put under siege you can imagine the reaction," Imran Khan said.
Imran Khan said that he was flagging the issue in Jammu and Kashmir today as the world may witness a wave of dangerous repercussions and radicalisation, coming out as a reaction to what he called Indian aggression, whose effects may spread across the globe and may not be limited to Kashmir, India or Pakistan.
