*Go back to your roots:
Use chemical-free scrubs to nourish the skin and help it breathe better. Good news is that you have so much in your kitchen to help you. Go and find the best fit for you.
Just don't neglect the basics. Make deep breathing practice your beauty mantra. Yes, it's that easy. Just breathing right could rid you of spots and pimples. This helps in releasing accumulated stress, and each individual's experience is different.
We are sure you all know how standing tall with confidence and believing in yourself are important ways to feel beautiful. But being a woman, one must understand the importance of basic steps to beautify yourself inside out.
*Basics to begin with:
Hydrate yourself. Drink lots of water daily -- at least eight glasses if not more. Also, eat fruits and vegetables that have high water content such as watermelon, cucumber, orange, strawberry, blueberries and many more.

Keep a check on what you eat. Focus on the balance of foods and you'll feed your skin the vital nutrients. It will help your skin stay soft, supple and blemish-free. Treat your skin by eating antioxidant-rich fruit and vegetables, good fats and a varied and balanced diet. Your skin reflects what all you eat so choose wisely.
*Bid adieu to your worries:
When you feel stressed more than often, your body changes its chemical proportion inside which can be seen on your face. You might witness some wrinkles or dry skin which are nothing but a result of your overstress.
