New Delhi, Sep 2 (IANS) Financial services company Advisory Mandi is likely to raise around $32 million from foreign firm EST Capital in its first round of funding, sources in the private equity market said on Monday.
Switzerland-based EST Capital AG also operates as an intermediary between traditional finance and emerging digital trends such as blockchain, DLTs and smart contracts. The company presents itself as a tool and medium of change without diluting the ethical concept of money and finance in terms of welfare and profits.
Advisorymandi.com, on the other hand, offers advice on the stock markets. Founded in 2015, the upcoming investment by EST Capital would be the first round of investments for the stock advisory platform.
The platform currently has over 260 analysts registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
EST Capital is among major global private equity firms investing in Indian companies.
Investments into Indian companies by private equity firms, both domestic and global, has gained momentum in the past few years, while they have played a major role in the growth of several Indian start-ups and enterpreneurs.
