From leaders from other parties like the Congress and the Telugu Desam Party, this is apart. Former Mahabubnagar MP A. P. Jithender Reddy, who defected from the TRS to the BJP said, “There are several disgruntled MLAs in the TRS, who are feeling suffocated in the party. They are doubts whether they would be able to win the next elections if they continued in the party. They are in touch with us and might join the BJP anytime.”
The BJP would spread rapidly in Telangana, asserted BJP national general secretary P Muralidhar Rao, on Tuesday. He said, “We are going to chase the BJP every moment hereafter till we achieve our goal. We will show what an opposition party can do to the ruling party.”
Muralidhar Rao appealed to the people to teach a fitting lesson to the TRS in the next elections while stating that the TRS government headed by chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao was totally ineffective without any concrete political ideology.
