While under pressure, even best of the best flounder and fumble. When it comes to TDP MLA Yanamala Ramakrishnudu, there is no chance of exception though. Getting defeated by YSRCP in 2019 elections, he seems to have been under lots of confusion. Even after many attempts, he is not able to digest the loss. Generally, Yanamala looks confident in what he says. But while defending Praja Vedika, the lair seems to have come out.
Everyone felt that with his wisdom he is going to deliver comments that might impact the ruling government. Contrary to that, his attempts were in favor of YSRCP’s decision to demolish Praja Vedika unwillingly. Instead of pointing Jagan on his decision, Yanamala asked why was Jagan demolishing them now while they were built in Jagan's father, YS Rajasekhar Reddy’s regime. He asked why did not they demolish them then? Why did they let them build such illegal constructions then?
On one side Yanamala’s statements show that he accepts these as illegal constructions. On the other side, the argument is self-defeating as CM does not look at constructions and it is the responsibility of the particular officials and if YSR’s government has overlooked it, why did not TDP take action on such constructions and wait for Jagan to do that for them? All such questions point out at Chandra Babu Naidu's governance and its defects.
