Dil Raju to Produce Jersey in Hindi

Earlier it was said that Hindi remake rights of Tollywood movie Jersey have been bought by Bollywood film director Karan Johar. The latest reports, however, suggest that the deal wasn’t confirmed yet. Now the portals from Bollywood box office are said to have revealed that Dil Raju had bagged the remake rights of that film in Hindi to enter the film production in Bollywood.

Sources say that Dil Raju had been trying hard to enter National industry for a long time. He tried to produce the sequel of Indian aka Bharateeyudu in multiple languages as a huge project. He backed off due to the remunerations demanded by Kamal Haasan and Shankar, Dil Raju had decided to drop his decision. After dropping by Dil Raju, Lyca productions are said to have taken up this project and had kept it on hold.

Dil Raju is said to be entering the Bollywood by joining hands with another top production company in Mumbai to produce the remake of Jersey in Hindi. Already Dil Raju joined hands with Bonnet Kapoor to produce his biggest hit F2 remake in Hindi. Jersey might not have had any effect over Box office, but was a decent success and is the most acclaimed sports drama this year in Tollywood.
