Jagan seems to have still many plans to execute one after another. Many more are in the queue in Jagan's plans. It is being said even after two weeks of constituting ministerial council, Ministers have not been appointed their staff till now. It is being said that this happened because ministers were not authorized to appoint their staff on their own. Every staff person needs to have clearance from Jagan in order to get appointed.

These instructions were given from Jagan’s advisor Ajeya Kallam. Sources say that file related to the appointment of staff to Ministers was still lying in Chief Minister's office. This resulted in halting of service by Ministers due to lack of officials to progress the within various phases. MLAs and visitors have been submitting requests to Ministers to get their work done, but it had been difficult for Ministers to work on your requests.

An official said that in a day or two, the file might get cleared from the CM’s office and will go to General administration where GO will be released with posting orders. Each minister is entitled to get an officer on special duty, personal secretary, additional personal secretary, personal assistant, data entry operator, and public relations officer. Also, Jagan seems to have given clear instructions that no one from the previous government should be appointed in this term.
