Properties and cars are among the various fantasies of celebrities. One of those celebrities happens to be Tamanna Bhatia. It is being said that Tamanna has recently bought an apartment worth crores. Surprisingly this Baahubali actress is said to have paid twice the current going price at that area.
The deal seems to have been made at 16.60 crore rupees for a flat on the 14th floor of 22 story building. This building was named Bayview and is located at Juhu Versova link road. According to reports, Tamanna had already paid 99.6 lakhs as stamp duty for registration of the flat.
These reports, however, have not been confirmed by Tamanna. The flat bought by Tamanna is said to be owned jointly by Tamanna and her mother Rajani. Also, two car parking slots in that apartment have been bought by them. Sources say that this apartment offers sea view from every side.
Tamanna is said to have kept aside 2 crores for the interiors. Tamanna has already been lined up in many upcoming movies. Also, she is playing a lead role in Telugu remake of Bollywood movie Queen where the lead role was played by Kangana Ranaut. Also, she is playing an important role in Chiranjeevi's Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy.
