Is Manmadhudu-2 a copy?

The teaser of Manmadhudu-2 has surprised Nagarjuna fans by getting released a couple of days ago. In the teaser, Nagarjuna was seen sharing steamy scenes with various actresses. The teaser cut of the film has astonished everyone and had left everyone speechless. Also, Nagarjuna was seen in a lip-lock scene with Akshara Gowda who happens to be half his age.

While most of the audience just lashed out at such content, a few felt that the storyline seemed a bit similar to a 2006 French movie, Prete-Moi Ta Main. This was because, in the released teaser, Nagarjuna was seen as a 50-year-old unmarried man with his family trying hard to get him a wife at that age, which looked similar to the French movie in which a 40-year-old bachelor's family gets worried about his bachelor status and sets up blind dates for him.

In that French movie, as his family does such, the 40-year-old eventually hires a lady to pretend as his fiancee which gets him in more trouble. Now after watching the teaser audience are expecting the same story in Manmadhudu-2. However, its director Rahul Ravindran has not yet made any comments regarding this opinion of the audience.
