Ayushmann Khuranna who started his career in Bollywood as a singer is making his own mark as an actor showing some versatility in the selection of subjects for his movies. This actor scored a soaring hit last year with 'Andhadhun' and now his another content driven movie is all set to hit the theatres.
Ayushmann Khurrana will be next seen in the film Article 15 which deals with a lot of social issues in the society. In an interview, he was asked about taking up a serious film like this.
When asked whether he thought his upcoming film 'Article 15' might be considered a documentary as it deals with caste-based issues, Ayushmann Khurrana said, "Every film of mine deals with subjects that can be made into a documentary."
He added, "What is the point of a film addressing a social issue if there is no reach? The reach will only come with entertainment. Otherwise, nobody will watch that film. If it is only going to the festivals, there is no point because you know that the audience already knows about these issues."
