Prof K Nageshwar: Bhadrachalam to AP? It’s Complex (Video)

The debate on re-transfering five villages in Bhadradri district that went to Andhra Pradesh as part of the AP Reorganisation Act has erupted after Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy is to be sworn in as Chief Minister there.

The friendship between AP Chief Minister designate Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy and Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao is being discussed.
The lands of the temple is also gone. The government of Telangana is facing difficulty to get even an inch of land in the holy town with the transfer of the five villages of Purushothamapatnam, Kannaigudem, Pichukalapadu, Gundala and Etapaka.

Interestingly, another discussion is also taking place in the submerged mandals of the Polavaram project that Telangana may give Bhadrachalam to AP to solve the issue forever.
