YS Jagan Mohan Reddy who swept his way into the AP CM chair with a massive never before seen victory. He time and again said achieving special status for Andhra Pradesh is his primary goal. Now after the massive victory which put him on in the CM looks like Jagan Reddy is trying to push his primary goal to the back burner.
In an interview given to NDTV right after the election results, Jagan Mohan was seen saying with this kind of majority in the center to NDA the special status is a long shot. But he also said he will be trying his best to achieve special status for Andhra Pradesh.
Now the million dollars question is wheater Jagan Reddy is taking a U-Turn even before taking the oath. The opposition is already trending #UTrunReddy on social media platforms. Hope YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will not make the same mistakes that the previous TDP government did by sidelining special status for 4 years.
Only time will tell how Mr. Reddy will dig himself out of this hole.
