Former MP Lagadapati Rajagopal on Sunday claimed that the TDP was retain the power in Andhra Pradesh by winning 100 out of 175 seats in Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly. Releasing the results of Exit Polls conducted by him, Rajagopal said that the YSRCP might win about 72 seats in Assembly. Similarly, he said TDP might win 15 Lok Sabha seats while the remaining 10 seats would go to the YSRCP. In Telangana, according to Rajagopal, TRS could win 14 seats while Congress might win 2 seats. The MIM will retain the Hyderabad Lok Sabha.
