Prof K Nageshwar: Can Telugu Leaders Be Kingmakers? (Video)

Dismissing the need for any ‘kingmakers’, National General Secretary of the Bharatiya Janata Party, Ram Madhav, said that he was confident that the National Democratic Alliance would come back to power. Speaking to Hindustan Times’ Political Editor, Sunetra Choudhury, Madhav said that since the BJP had a ‘king’, it didn’t need ‘kingmakers’. He was commenting on whether the BJP would need new allies, like the Biju Janata Dal, the Telangana Rashtra Samiti, or the YSR Congress, if the saffron party-led NDA fell short of the majority mark. Madhav refused to disclose his party’s plans but said that any party is ‘welcome to walk into NDA’.
