Modi takes beating for adding his caste in Backward caste!

RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav criticized PM Narendra Modi saying that he's an upper caste by birth and backward on papers. Yadav said on April 20 he had said that PM Modi will call himself the most-backward and he did so yesterday in a rally in Uttar Pradesh's Kannauj.

Yadav added PM Modi will say such things just to fetch votes.

Next to him, Bhutan Samajwadi Party president, Mayawati alleged that PM Narendra Modi included his caste in the backward category during his tenure as Gujarat CM to derive electoral profit.

"Like (SP founder) Mulayam Singh Yadav and (SP President) Akhilesh Yadav, PM Modi was not born in backward caste," she added. Mayawati further said that BJP's Dalit-backward card won't work in Uttar Pradesh.
