So now the million dollar question who did the women really vote for. The devil is in the details.
According to a Twitter user, Critical mind (on AP politics) who goes by id "Critical_brain" the women vote usually favors TDP.
According to his analysis, in 2014 at least 4000 more women have voted than men in 11 MLA seats. In those seats, TDP has won 9 seats. (SKM:3, WG:2, VSP:2, NLR:1, KDP:1) while YSRCP has won 2 seats (both in Kadapa, the home district of Jagan). In 2019 at least 4000 more women have voted than men in 33 MLA seats.
Looking at the logical explanation above TDP should have done well in at least 27 of those 33 seats. But so many other local factors could throw this arithmetic off.
Let us wait and see if "Critical mind (on AP politics)" analysis pans out.
