It has become a trend for members in a family to choose two different political parties and the Team Indian cricketer Ravindra Jadeja is no exemption to that. Jadeja’s father Anirudhsinh is set to join politics today ahead of the Lok Sabha elections in India.
He will be joining Congress party and most probably contest the elections from Jamnagar area in Gujarat from where the Jadeja belongs.
Now, his sister Naina joins the Congress party in the presence of her father on Sunday. But Jaddu’s wife is in Bharatiya Janatha Party who joined last month.
Meanwhile, Ravindra Jadeja sealed his spot in the 15 members squad for upcoming World Cup. He is now with Chennai Super Kings and giving some match-winning performances with the bat.
Can he take a break for election campaigning? If he intends to do so whom would he support? That’s a tough ask.
