KHAN YOUNIS, March 30, 2019 (Xinhua) -- Palestinians take part in a protest on the Gaza-Israel border, east of southern Gaza Strip City of Khan Younis, March 30, 2019. At least four Palestinians were killed and 316 injured on Saturday during day-long clashes with Israeli soldiers in eastern Gaza Strip, close to the border with Israel, medics said.
