As per the Remand Reports, YS Viveka was brutally tortured before the murder. There were seven sharp and deep cuts on his dead body and his head were covered with a bandage to hide these injuries.
A Case was filed under Section 302 of IPC based on the injuries on YS Viveka's body. Cops seized the plastic bucket & cloth used to clean the blood stains, hair strands, sindoor stickers, two mobiles and a letter that were seen in the crime scene. Few more evidence needs to found out for identifying the prime accused in the murder case.
