The makers of Vijay Deverekonda's Dear Comrade have already confirmed that the film will be releasing on May 31st, but that may change now.
Incidentally, Tamil hero Suriya's NGK is also scheduled to hit the theaters on May 31st.
Vijay shares a good bonding with Suriya and does not want to tamper his relationship by pitting his movie against the latter's.
As a result, Dear Comrade might get postponed to June 6th. However, nothing is confirmed as of now.
