Srikakulam SP Venkata Ratnam who was removed from duties by EC has written a letter to EC Gopala Krishna Dwivedi. In the latter, he challenged his accuser YSRCP accuser Vijayasai Reddy to prove the allegations.
He requested the EC to do a thorough inquiry and punish him if he is found guilty and if not the accuser should be punished for filing a false report.
He also mentioned he will file a case under section 182 IPC and reserves his rights to file a defamation suit against Vijayasai Reddy.
He provided evidence to prove the allegations made against him are false.
