Srinagar, March 27 (IANS) Militants on Wednesday shot and killed a civilian in Jammu and Kashmir's Shopian district, police said.
Tanveer Ahmed Dar, 24, who belonged to Bemnipora village, succumbed to critical injuries instantly, a police officer said.
