One more time Cruelty won over Humanity in Mankind. The incident that took place in Hyderabad is wrenching the hearts in both the Telugu states. A 6yr old girl was raped and murdered which came into limelight on Thursday night in Hyderabad. As per the police reports, the girl was sexually assaulted and murdered.
The Girl was from Alwal and went missing from the day of Holi after she left home to celebrate Holi with neighbors and did not return upon which the worried parents filed a missing case. Upon informing it to the local police, the body was sent to Gandhi Hospital for post mortem and how this tragic incident took place has to be known in the further investigation.
20-year-old Rajesh Kumar was found guilty was produced before the court and sent to judicial remand at the Cherlapally Central Jail informed M Mattaiah, Station House Officer (SHO), Alwal police station. He has been charged with sections 363, 376 A and 376 AB of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) along with section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
