New Delhi, March 22 (IANS) It was a pleasant Friday morning in the national capital with the minimum temperature settling at 15.5 degree Celsius, two notches below the season's average, the weather office.
"The sky will remain mainly clear throughout the day with maximum temperature expected to go as high as 32 degrees Celsius," an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official said.
At 8.30 a.m., humidity was recorded at 56 per cent.
Thursday's maximum temperature was 31.5 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season's average, and the minimum temperature was 16.6 degrees Celsius, a notch below the average.
The overall Air Quality Index (AQI) was 'poor' at 225 as per the System of Air Quality and Weather Forecasting.
