Devi Sri Prasad, he is the Rockstar of the Telugu Cine Industry. To be honest, in recent times his music for small movies is not that good. The last few albums from Devi Sri Prasad weren't up to his standards. Music Lovers felt Rockstar wasn't able to match the bar set by him through films such as 'F2' become blockbuster.
But he gave a fantastic album for his bestie Sukumar's "Rangasthalam". Each song in that album is a huge hit and album of "Bharat Ane Nenu" is reasonably far better than movies like Rarandoi Veduka Chuddam, Hello Guru Prema Kosame, MCA, and F2.
His recent Vinaya Vidheya Rama got some good scores too. Meanwhile young music directors like Radhan, Gopi Sundar are knocking the doors of big houses and capitalizing big time. Now, will DSP feel the pressure or will let them bang hard saying competition is good in the industry?
