As per some reports, Kannada film star Upendra rejected to play a role in the movie of Mahesh Babu which will be directed by Anil Ravipudi.
It is said that producer Anil Sunkara approached Uppi Dada and narrated the story of the film before asking Upendra to play an important role in the movie but Upendra didn’t show any interest.
Actually, this film needs a senior male star and female star. Director Anil has popular actor turned politician Vijayashanti in mind for that role. But the firebrand actress has rejected many good projects like Rajamouli's "Baahubali" in the past.
She is one of the most important leaders for Congress in Telangana and there are lesser chances for her to agree as she even rejected the role of 'Shivagami' in the epic Bahubali. She was the original choice for that role and she refused before Ramya Krishna grabbed the opportunity. Will she agree to do this film now after the completion of Lok Sabha polls? Let’s see!
