Sunil Shetty to debut in Telugu with Varun Tej’s Film?

Bollywood action hero Sunil Shetty, known for films Bhai, Border, Hera Pheri and Dhadkan, is all set to debut in Telugu cinema with Varun Tej's upcoming sports drama. Directed by Kiran Korrapati, a former assistant of Sreenu Vaitla, the film shows Varun essaying the role of a professional boxer.

Mega Prince Varun Tej is currently lining up projects after getting back to back hits with the films Fidaa, Tholi Prema and F2. He is turning ‘Valmiki’ in a remake of Tamil hit Jigarthanda under the direction of Harish Shankar and also teamed up with debutante Kiran Korrapati, a former assistant of Sreenu Vaitla.

In the meantime, it is coming out that Kiran Korrapati is planning to cast Bollywood action hero Sunil Shetty in an important role. Sunil Shetty already making his debut in the south with Sandalwood star Kichcha Sudeep's Pailwaan and is also part of Priyadarshan's Malayalam entertainer Marakkar: The Lion of the Arabian Sea which stars Mohan Lal and Arjun in important roles. If this speculation is to be believed then Sunil Shetty debut in Telugu with Varun Tej’s film.
