The movies of the two young heroes based on the cricketing backdrop announced their movies to release on the same date. Excitement raised a lot on fans as it would turn out to be a great fight between those heroes. It was all about 'Jersey' and 'Majili' featuring Nani and Naga Chaitanya respectively. But Nani’s Jerseys opted out of the race and rescheduled to release on April 19th instead of April 5th.
Mahesh’s Maharshi has been postponed and it might have influenced them to reschedule the release date. Both the production house and Nani have good relations with Samantha and Chaitanya. So, he is backing out from a direct fight.
'Jersey' has already begun the promotions by releasing their scores one by one composed by Anirudh Ravichander. Coming to Jersey it is all about a middle-aged cricketer struggling for a successful career. It is directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri and stars Shraddha Srinath as the female lead.
