Former Ongole MP and TDP leader, Magunta Srinivasula Reddy has met Janasena Chief Pawan Kalyan in a meeting that took place in Brindavan gardens in Ongole. One could argue that this meeting was due to the personal relations between Chiranjeevi’s family and Magunta Srinivasula Reddy.
Still, the political angle cannot be ruled out at this heat period. Reports say that Magunta hadn’t got the assurance of Babu for a ticket from the desired place he wanted to contest. He might not even contest as MP in Ongole as he has unsuccessfully contested against YCP Leader YV Subba Reddy in Ongole Lok Sabha Segment in 2014 Elections. Later he was nominated as MLC by the TDP leadership.
His earlier attempts failed to reach YSRCP as YV Subba Reddy is firm on contesting again. So this could be the reason for approaching Pawan Kalyan and we have to wait for some time to know how Janasenani responded.
