         The Disha helpline, an initiative launched by The Narayana Group,  is a toll free number for all students across the country to help them with their mental health issues. Professional help is given to all students that need it!!

In India, one student dies by suicide every hour. These are children from our homes, our neighborhood and those that need help. They often don't reach out to their parents due to certain barriers such as generation gap and busy lifestyles. That is where Disha helpline comes in, where professional help from expert counselors and mental health professionals is provided at the right time.

The national helpline can be reached at 1800-419-1828.
