New Delhi, Feb 26 (IANS) It was a cold and cloudy Tuesday morning in the national capital with the minimum temperature recorded at 10.3 degrees Celsius, two notches below the season's average.
"Generally cloudy sky, light to moderate rain and thundershower accompanied with hail is expected at isolated places," the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said.
The maximum temperature is expected to hover around 22 degrees Celsius.
Humidity at 8.30 a.m., was recorded at 91 per cent.
Monday's maximum temperature settled at 23.8 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season's average while the minimum was recorded at 9.2 degrees, three notches below the normal.
