Tokyo: S. Korean envoy summoned over private firm asset seizure #Gallery

Tokyo: South Korean Ambassador to Japan Lee Su-hoon speaks to reporters at the Japanese foreign ministry in Tokyo on Jan. 9, 2019. The Japanese government summoned him to protest a court decision to seize assets of a Japanese company in South Korea. Last year, South Korea's Supreme Court ordered Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal to pay compensation to four South Koreans for their forced labor and unpaid work during World War II.
