Gunfights in J&K

Srinagar, Nov 27 (IANS) Gunfights started in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama and Kulgam districts on Tuesday, police said.

Following specific inputs about presence of militants, security forces surrounded Redwani village in Kulgam, while a cordon and search operation was on in Hafoo village in Tral area of Pulwama.

Gun battles were underway in both places.
